Shipping and Delivery

Where we ship

Alicemera ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

Orders are fulfilled from Amazon fulfillment centers. Handling normally takes one to three business days, and delivery normally takes a further two to five business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Orders with more than one item can ship in separate parcels, from different fulfillment centers, on different days. That is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed over. Depending on which fulfillment center serves your address, the carrier will be Amazon Logistics or USPS.

If something goes wrong

If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email admin@salesfortuna.com with your order number and we will chase it.
